Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a Clinical Specialist in wound care to advance clinical education and partner with sales across Florida and Southern Alabama.

You will deliver education through in-services, product demonstrations, and regional trainings while serving as the clinical face of the company to customers and internal teams. The role requires 5–7 years of nursing-related experience, travel readiness, and credentialing abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy; Master’s degree preferred
  • Approximately 5–7 years of nursing experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry and networks
  • Experience presenting to large and small groups
  • Must obtain and maintain required credentialing
  • Overnight travel; valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Advance the Clinical Sales Strategy by partnering with accounts and managers to support targets and outcomes.
  • Deliver clinical education through in-services, product demonstrations, peer sessions, workshops, and regional trainings.
  • Present as the clinical face of Molnlycke to customers, internal teams, and professional associations.
  • Develop high-quality educational tools and content to strengthen clinical understanding and product use.
  • Provide real-time clinical expertise to support sales execution and product adoption in priority accounts.
  • Onboard and mentor new Territory Sales Managers and develop tenured staff.
  • Identify clinical advocates, KOLs, and research partners in wound care.
  • Represent the organization in wound care associations and professional communities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development on messaging and programs.
  • Travel 40-60% across the territory to meet customer and partner needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Advance the Clinical Sales Strategy by partnering with Strategic Accounts, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers to support key targets and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Deliver clinical education through in ‑ services, hands ‑ on product demonstrations, peer ‑ to ‑ peer sessions, workshops, and regional training events.
  • Present with confidence — serving as the clinical face of the organization for customers, internal teams, and professional associations.
  • Develop high ‑ quality educational tools and content that strengthen clinical understanding and product utilization.
  • Support sales execution by providing real ‑ time clinical expertise, validating proper product application, and helping drive adoption in priority accounts.

What you’ll need
