Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members to support the seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. You will maintain Guest Services to company standards and help drive sales through signage, pricing, and POS operations while contributing to loss prevention. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Minimum age is 16. Training and program details vary by location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in seasonal or retail environments a plus.
• Ability to set up and tear down displays and fixtures.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
