Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring for a seasonal store associate to assist the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, and teardown of a temporary store. The role also supports guest services and ensures store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include driving sales, handling signage and pricing, POS operations, and basic loss prevention tasks while maintaining a clean, organized environment for customers during the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and may stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
