Spirit Halloween is seeking team members in Wisconsin Rapids to support the seasonal store setup, merchandising, and teardown. You will assist the Store Management Team, maintain Guest Services per company standards, and help drive sales.

The role offers hourly pay and premium pay programs based on setup/teardown and end-of-season needs. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Previous seasonal retail experience a plus

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
