2. Customer Experience:
   • Model and promote the MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
   • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   • Ensure efficient register operation and promote loyalty programs.
   • Build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Support replenishment and locate fulfillment activities.
   • Assist with visual displays, store cleanliness, and organization.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years old for seasonal roles; 18+ otherwise.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking/standing for 67-100% of shift.
