• Ensure effective communication between managers and team members.
• Support keeping team members motivated and engaged.

• Participate in all training and development meetings.
• Ensure all store functions are maintained to support a superior shopping experience.
• Uphold store standards, policies, and procedures daily.
• Assist in the maintenance of all areas of stock, shipping, and receiving protocols.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Comply with all point-of-sale register policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service to each individual in the store.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with all team members to support a superior shopping experience.
• Be present on and off the floor as a Theory Brand Ambassador.
