Job Overview:

As a PT Sales Associate at our SoHo Flagship store, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a deep understanding of our collections, hero pieces, and vision. You will also demonstrate leadership, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to elevate the in-person shopping experience by teaching best practices in customer service, selling, and operations management to your team of associates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized shopping experience for each client.
2. Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and collections, including product features, benefits, and availability.
4. Build strong relationships with clients, offering styling advice and personalized recommendations.
5. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently for in-store and online transactions.
6. Partner with the Customer Experience Lead to handle styling, policy, and product queries for online clients as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
