Soma Madison is hiring a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our customer-centered store. You will share product knowledge, deliver personalized service, and help create a seamless shopping experience across channels.

Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You’ll work with a supportive team to merchandise, stock, and maintain an engaging store environment that reflects Soma's commitment to comfort, confidence, and empowerment for every guest.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
