As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day. Your responsibilities include educating consumers about our products, supporting in-store promotions and events, and assisting the store team in achieving company goals. This role offers growth potential alongside industry-leading teammates and partners.

What You'll Do

1. Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
2. Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
3. Assist in various store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
4. Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
5. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales performance.
6. Follow Crocs' Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and compliance procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
3. Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Physical ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and read/write on screens.
