What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our V.I.B.E.S. service model.
• Contribute to creating a positive team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
• Assist in various store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales performance.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention.

What You'll Bring

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with good attendance.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds, stand, walk, kneel, and climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to read instructions and input data into computers regularly.

Position Details

Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.50, dependent on experience and location.
