Avail Solar is seeking a Sales Associate to canvas neighborhoods, educate homeowners about solar, and schedule appointments for our consultants. This role supports a growing marketing team and offers a clear career path with industry-leading commissions.

Guaranteed base salary for Sales Associate starting at $20,000 - $36,000 annually depending on level and performance, plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Additional monthly performance incentives of up to $500 per month available for team members who hit production goals.
