Join our team to support customers in a busy retail environment and contribute to community impact. As a team member, you will handle transactions, assist customers, maintain merchandising standards, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends with regular attendance.

Responsabilités

• Scan tickets and process payments while following cash handling standards.
• Educate customers on the Round Up program to help achieve program goals.
• Inform customers about the GoodPoints program to help achieve program goals.
• Handle telephone calls and operate the paging system professionally.
• Ensure items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked per merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
• Assist customers in locating items or seek assistance if needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; complete opening/closing checklists and support general cleaning including parking lot maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

- Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.

- Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:

- Stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).

- Independently twist,lift, carry,pushorpull moderate (10pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team liftfor objects weighing over 25 pounds.

- Reach (approximately 54inches).

- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.

- Sufficienthand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.

- Verbally communicate to exchange information.
