Job summary

Crown Ace Hardware in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Sales Associate with a customer-first approach and a positive, sales-focused attitude. You will help customers, share promotions, and support daily store operations. Grow product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and help process new shipments while keeping the back room organized.

Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. HS diploma or GED preferred; DIY knowledge a plus; pay is $17.40–$17.90 per hour depending on

• High School diploma or GED equivalent or currently in school.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Knowledge of DIY projects, electrical, plumbing, tools, paint and hardware a plus.

• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements and provide this information to customers.
• Execute the daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Continually work on increasing knowledge of the products we sell and their uses
