KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 3454-Reston Town Center-WHBM-Reston, VA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will participate in merchandising and inventory tasks, operate the register, and help create a visually appealing store while staying flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first service.

Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Position Type: Regular/Part time

Pay Range: $12.77 - $15.95 Hourly USD
