KnitWell Group in Springfield, VA is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver personalized, customer-centered service. You will join a team that educates customers about loyalty programs, supports merchandising and inventory, and maintains a visually compelling store environment.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will collaborate with leaders and peers to meet personal and store goals while delivering an exceptional experience.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
