Job summary

KnitWell Group in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join our Park Meadows-WHBM location. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized service that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You’ll help create a seamless omnichannel experience, engage shoppers to understand needs, assist with merchandising and inventory, and promote our brand loyalty programs.

Qualifications and responsibilities

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
