Job Description

As a Sales Associate at InEight, you will work alongside experienced Account Executives supporting lead generation, prospect qualification, and outreach strategies. This high-impact, performance-based role offers opportunities for growth into a self-producing position based on success and leadership potential.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect into target accounts via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and set appointments for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Collaborate with AEs to develop account and territory strategies that generate pipeline.
  • Identify pain points and business challenges using a solution-based approach.
  • Manage lead and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Enhance product knowledge through continuous learning to become a trusted resource.
  • Attend conferences and seminars periodically.
  • Travel occasionally with AEs.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume sales role; B2B SaaS experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and developing new accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for discovery calls and objection handling.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets and grow professionally.
  • Self-starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Industry familiarity with construction, oil and gas, utilities, or similar fields is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
