Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Fresno, CA. You will greet guests, manage the center flow, and foster a positive, friendly environment while upholding the EWC culture. Training will equip you with tools to succeed, and you’ll enjoy a team-focused, growth-oriented workplace.

The role offers hourly pay with commissions/bonuses and a benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Available to work at least one weekend day.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates.
• Experience in sales is a plus but not required.
• Maintain the European Wax Center culture within the center.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the flow of guests in/out of the location.
• Serve as the first point of contact and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support training and development through daily interactions and teamwork.

On average, our Guest Service Associates make $18-$25+ per hour!*

As a Guest Service Associate, you’re the first person a guest encounters upon walking in, and you’ll manage the overall customer flow of the center. Our training will provide you with all the tools needed to be successful, and you’ll have fun in the process!

Here’s what we’re looking for:
