Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: In Person | Part Time (18-25 Hours/Week) & Full-Time (30+ Hours/Week)

Compensation: Base pay + bi-weekly sales commissions & performance bonuses = Total earning potential of $19–$30/hour

What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn: We set clear, achievable goals and reward our team when they meet them.

Base Pay: $16/hour depending on experience

Commission Potential: Earn $5–$8/hour extra with Wax Pass sales

Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $90 per pay period

Average Total Pay: See below for typical ranges

• $19–$24/hour: Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality
• $23–$30/hour: 1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record

• 30-60-90 day structured onboarding to set you up for success
