Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

10 - 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is for our branch located at 722 E Tipton St, Seymour, IN 47274.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities
• Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Have or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field, or have relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Strong math, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Good organization, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening as applicable
