Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. You will develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 7790 Buster Pl, Amarillo, TX 79119.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
  2. Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
  3. Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting.
  4. Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
  5. Perform local sales calls using a company vehicle to customer sites.
  6. Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Possess a valid driver’s license and meet our driving record requirements.
  3. Have or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or possess relevant work experience.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Proficient in computer skills.
  6. Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
  7. Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
  8. Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  9. Excellent organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  10. Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  11. Alignment with our core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
  12. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs if needed.
  13. Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
