Factory Direct Marine & RV is one of the largest recreational dealerships on the east coast. We offer the leading industry products and back our customers with exceptional service and a unique experience. WE MAKE BOATING & CAMPING FUN!

Are you experienced in sales, quick to learn new information, and a self-starter? Do you want a starting weekly salary + commission and bonuses?

Product specialists/sales associates will generate new business by assisting customers in purchasing new or used Boats and RVs through face-to-face selling, internet, and phone sales. The hired candidate will be trained on product knowledge for our extensive inventory, lead generation through internet campaigns, and selling over the phone, including cold calling from our large client database.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and guiding clients on the lot to initiate the sales process.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Helping clients identify the right vehicle to meet their wants and needs.
  • Developing product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle expert, including features, packages, and technologies.
  • Customizing vehicle delivery and explaining operational features to clients.
  • Following up daily on all sales leads using the dealership's CRM system.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Staying informed about all new vehicle makes and models.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and bringing your best every day.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain a high-energy, hardworking attitude throughout the workday.
  • Positive, eager-to-improve mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Attention to detail in follow-through and closing sales.
