Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate for a bustling Pilates studio. You will support the GM in meeting sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a high-energy environment.

Part-time position requiring strong sales skills, English fluency, and the ability to learn Club Ready software. This role includes events participation and occasional travel to support studio growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale; meet and exceed sales goals set by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing; emphasize studio objectives as a fitness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.
