Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and makes service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities
  1. Generate Sales
  • Meet sales goals and measures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
  • Support in-store event sourcing and execution
  1. Customer Experience
  • Reflect the store's vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through “Hosting the Party”
  • Lead in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
  • Keep customer wish lists current and notify customers when products arrive
  1. Crew Development
  • Assist with training new associates
  • Foster a welcoming, fun, and energetic environment
  • Support recruiting and referral of top talent
  • Participate in store and team-building activities
  1. Operations
  • Maintain merchandise controls
  • Promote loss prevention awareness
  • Keep store environment clean and organized
  1. Merchandising
  • Maintain merchandising standards and contribute feedback
