Description

Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview: Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, supporting our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and making service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting goals/measures, developing and maintaining relationships with top customers, supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
  2. Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects the brand vision, lead email capture efforts, educate new associates, and keep customer wish lists current.
  3. Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruiting, and participate in team-building activities.
  4. Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, uphold loss prevention, and ensure a clean store environment.
  5. Merchandising: Assist with maintaining merchandising standards and provide weekly product feedback.
