Job summary

iCRYO One Loudoun is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our wellness center. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, educate guests on services such as Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, and Body Sculpting, and help guests select the right options.

The role is part-time, requires weekend availability, and offers competitive hourly pay with commission. You will be part of a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth in the fast-growing wellness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Support wellness services as needed (e.g., prepping rooms, assisting providers, setting up equipment).
• Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about products, protocols, and services.

Schedule Requirements
