iCRYO One Loudoun is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to greet guests, educate on Cryotherapy and wellness services, and guide customers to appropriate packages. This part-time role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences and assisting with scheduling, payments, and room preparation.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, supporting marketing efforts and continuing training to stay up-to-date with services and protocols. A passion for health and wellness is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.

• Conduct consultations and help guide guests toward the right services and packages based on their individual goals.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including promoting new services and seasonal specials.
• Support wellness services as needed (e.g., prepping rooms, assisting providers, setting up equipment).
• Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about products, protocols, and services.

Schedule Requirements

• This is a part-time position.

• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
