Reformation is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join our team in Massachusetts. You will help drive sales, engage customers, and create an exceptional in-store experience aligned with our sustainability-focused brand ethos.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain inventory accuracy, support loss prevention, and embody Reformation’s values in every interaction. Flexible scheduling (20+ hours weekly) and weekends included are available to meet business needs.

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $18 - $25 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
