Job summary

Reformation in Scottsdale is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our mission-driven team. You will work at least 20 hours weekly, 3 days or more, including weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping meet store sales goals.

You’ll share product knowledge, engage customers on sustainability, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture while supporting Loss Prevention and inventory accuracy.

• Deliver an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand and share the stories of Reformation with a focus on educating on sustainability.
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
• Understand the need for consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.

• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times.

Sales Associate, Part Time - Scottsdale, AZ

Work Schedule/ Location:

• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included
• Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business)

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $16 - $25 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
