OBJECTIVE/MISSION

  • As an Ambassador of the Maison, achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management and proactively develop your client portfolio. Ensure a unique client experience throughout all touchpoints. Participate actively in the daily operations of the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target as directed by management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, possessing solid product knowledge, and ensuring excellent service before, during, and after sales, including after-sales if dedicated staff is unavailable.
  • Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations.
  • Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
  • Support after-sales clients in line with Maison values, acting as a referent and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Stay current on industry news and competitors.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, collaborating with management to develop client plans.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools.
  • Resolve client issues/concerns appropriately and escalate as needed.
  • Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking efforts with management.
  • Comply with all security and operational policies.
  • Assist with boutique setup, maintenance, merchandising, inventories, and special projects as needed.

JOB PROFILE

Education & Experience:

  • Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Personal Skills/Abilities:

  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and brand ambassador attitude.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Availability for retail hours, weekends, and travel for trainings and events.
