Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce the brand loyalty program and other channels to guests.
• Flex across zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members and contribute to team goals.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
