Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in New Jersey. The role focuses on driving sales and delivering an engaging in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help customers find their perfect fit and leave with a positive impression.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual displays, handling payments and returns per policy, restocking, and supporting daily store operations while promoting an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.
