You will bring energy, fashion interest, and a customer-first attitude, with availability across day, night, and weekend shifts; physical stamina required; opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Hit sales goals and support team targets.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
