Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate at our Lake Buena Vista store to drive sales and create a great in-store experience. You bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities include hitting sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising, following payment and discount policies, restocking, and supporting daily store operations. We value inclusivity and an energizing team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Interest in fashion and trends beneficial.
• Strong customer-first approach and good communication.
• Flexible availability for day, night and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
