Job Qualifications:

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective sales and customer relations.
• Preference for candidates fluent in Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain awareness of sales-to-goal status.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean store environment, and present merchandise according to standards.
• Handle customer transactions, operate register functions, and follow cash handling policies.
