Job summary

POP MART in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, is seeking Sales Associates to enhance in-store sales and customer experience. You will greet customers, discuss needs, and provide product information and recommendations while handling transactions.

You will also assist with shipments and stockroom organization; a positive, multilingual-friendly demeanor and at least 1 year of retail customer-facing experience are preferred. This role supports POP MART's growth and customer service standards.

What You Will Achieve

  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
