Job summary

POP MART is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to elevate in-store customer experience across our POP MART stores. You will greet customers, provide product information, suggest items, and handle transactions using the cash register.

You’ll also assist with stockroom organization and product shipments to keep shelves well stocked. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail customer-facing experience, are comfortable engaging customers, and can speak or understand multiple languages.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

What You Will Achieve

  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
