Job summary

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to support salesmanship and customer experience in our stores. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers make informed decisions. You will greet customers, recommend products, and process transactions while assisting with stockroom organization and shipments.

This role emphasizes excellent service and team collaboration. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with 1+ year of retail experience; multilingual ability is a plus and

What You Will Achieve

What You Will Need

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
