Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Morrisville, NC to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered experience and promote fashion with function. You will share product knowledge, build personal connections, and provide personalized service that reflects our hospitality culture.

As part of a team, you will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while educating customers about our loyalty programs and ensuring a visually inspiring environment in line with brand

Requirements

You'll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
