Job summary

Soma in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and help customers discover solutions that blend comfort with style.

You will contribute to store goals, assist with merchandising and inventory, and maintain a visually inspiring space that reflects Soma’s hospitality-driven culture.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
