Job summary

DSI in Mays Landing, New Jersey is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products and services, and drive sales.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, delivering great customer service, and participating in a fast-paced retail setting. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.
