Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate – Optical – Bilingual Spanish to join Americas Best. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with eyewear selection, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will dispense eyewear and lenses where permitted by state law, educate customers on care, and maintain accurate records while contributing to sales goals. Sunday off is available in some locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You’ll Need:
