America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in optical to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support store operations in Longmont, CO. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and at least 1 year in retail or customer service.

You will help customers select eyewear, dispense lenses, educate on care, and maintain records while upholding brand standards. Sunday closures apply and benefits accrue per company policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
