Job summary

National Vision, Inc. (America's Best Optical) is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Bell Gardens to deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with store operations. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, maintain records, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Fluent English and Spanish are required. 1+ year of retail or customer service is preferred, with Sundays off in some locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals


• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget


• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)


• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care


• Maintain accurate customer and patient records


• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls


• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards


• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures


• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
