Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, and educate on care to ensure satisfaction.

Role involves maintaining records, answering calls, merchandising, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses; provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care; maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle order status and answer incoming calls; keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; perform other duties as assigned.

Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)

Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care

Maintain accurate customer and patient records

Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards

Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

Other duties as assigned
