Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing lenses, and maintaining accurate client records. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with state requirements, and ongoing training opportunities within a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Versatility: able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:
