Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and train on lens care within state guidelines.

The role emphasizes accuracy of records, communication of order status, and maintaining a clean, merchandised store aligned with brand standards. Opportunities include growth and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

Schedule

The store is closed on Sundays, and you will not be scheduled to work on that day.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Versatility: Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast‑paced work environment.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
