America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – bilingual Spanish for our New York stores. In this role you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting day-to-day store operations and sales targets.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, educate on care, and maintain accurate records. A High School diploma and 1+ year in retail or customer service are preferred; Spanish/English fluency is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

What You’ll Need:
Experience & Skills:1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish
