America’s Best, part of National Vision, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses, and provide lens care training as permitted by state law.

The role emphasizes multilingual service (English & Spanish), multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and adherence to brand standards. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Skills:1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish
