National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – Bilingual Spanish for America's Best location. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense eyeglasses and lenses, train on lens care, and maintain records. This role emphasizes bilingual communication, teamwork, and excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You'll Need:
